What is your Policy on Returns/Exchanges/Refunds?
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If your print arrives with a defect from the printing process or is damaged in shipping, we will remedy the situation either through replacement or reimbursement. (If that's the case, please save all packaging and shipping information.)
For both prints and original paintings, we utilize the Wall Preview tool and Augmented Reality tool to allow you to preview the art as realistically as possible and feel confident with your decision. If you have any questions or concerns of whether a piece of art will work in your space, please contact us. Please note that all international sales of original art are final.
What happened to your other online store with small prints, handmade pendants, etc... Is that work still accessible?
